Chevy malibu cranks but wont start.

Hi Guys, I have a 1996 Chevy K1500 P/U 5.0L 4x4. The truck cranks but will not fire. I have checked every fuse, swapped out the fuel pump relay, I changed the fuel pump & tank strainer. I get 60 PSI fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Even tried some starter fluid with not even a cough. Like I said earlier,, try to get a jump start from some one and try that,, a good healthy battery boost and the new cap-rotor-ICM will deliver a good snap to light that fuel. Check the wires leading to the ICM and check all your ground wires.
