Swim into the Pond Depths and use the air currents to push yourself along. Enter on the right via the shattered lab fragment located on the walls of the cave, then press your hand on the Biometric Scanner and hold until it inlocks. Go through the door and up the ramp and there will be air. Be ready to fight Robots.
You can only open the pond hatch door underwater. The one in the lab itself stays closed. There are some small labs all over the map which are still closed. I believe that’s the one that opens when you open the Dome in the pond lab... Look for the big glowing ⚡ symbols. There is a hand scanner you have to interact with to open the door, it should be right next to it. You need to access one of the destroyed pond lab rooms to activate a hand scanner I believe.
