You should be able to measure about 0.6 to 0.7 ohms between any 2 of those wires in 3 different combination's. Your sled will covert all it's power to DC voltage, where most of the others sleds run off AC voltage.Keep in mind, the stator can pass the tests as outlined in the manual, but the AC test is done under a no load condition.
