SU-16 Upgrades. Well I have done it. I removed the front sight and installed a recoil reducer ($5). I also added a on/off pad ($8) for my Sure Fire for night time use. I even upgraded the scope to a Weaver V10 ($159). I got all these items at the Gun Show yesterday.

The P32 is a very simple pistol. Extra features are limited; no rails or optics here. The P32 comes in two generations. Mine is the first-gen model with a rather interesting set of sights. They are milled into the slide and sit flush. The front sight is a white triangle, and the rear is a white rectangle.

after doing three RTK sweet spot trigger installs on my P32s i have found that the Keltec trigger and pin must be clipped out - a one way trip for the factory trigger - you can buy replacements for less than $2 ea, but unless you have the proper tools, a reinstall is (IMHO) an impossibility for most of us.
