Luming batons is a lot easier than luming numbers and the numbers on the 126900 were a little slimmed down from the 116900 so applying lume directly on the dial to light up the numerals is no easy task as they're not on larger white gold raised templates. In initial brightness, I believe the edge goes to the Seiko. But after 7 hours of sleep (or thereabouts), the Citizen appears to me to retain more luminosity.
