The Aserai infantry is at about the same level while the Battania spearmen are a little behind, the rest just get crushed in infantry vs infantry battles. Just run a custom battle, 100 vs 100 and you'll see the Khuzaits and the Aserai are top tier in melee vs melee. I wanted to test the Wildings too but its not possible to select them in custom.

With my own cavalry i have them in reserve and don't engage until after the enemy cavalry hits my infantry on most occassions.
