you could also increase PMC health so their batttles techinically last longer so you can 3rd party at the very least. I did this usings FINS AI Tweaks. if you use that other mod that keeps bots asleep till you get close, that will also help alleviate your issue. i use this combo and find plenty of alive pmcbots

Fin, the author of the mod has said he is aware of the current issues with gear and AI difficulties regardless of what we (the players) change. Somehow 12.12 isn't responding to some mods right, too technical for my brain to explain lol.
