Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

One always trouble shoots then parts NEVER the other way around. #1 check that you have a good blue white spark that will jump a 1/4 inch gap at all 4 of the plug wires. #2 pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas that will fill a pint jar in less then 3 minutes and 2 is even better.1999 F-150 XLT 5.4L Triton 4x4 super cab with a 4" body lift. If you have power at pin #30, jumper the relay socket as shown with the red line above, and check the dark green w/ yellow stripe wire at the fuel inertia switch for power. Press the button on the top of the fuel inertia switch, and check for power leaving the fuel inertia switch on the pink w/ black stripe wire.
