i'm not 100% sure this is going to work, but you can get Johnnys items out of your inventory if you upgrade them. this should make the yellow little ( ! ) disappear from the items icon. I know collecting all of Johnny’s clothing items gets them out of your inventory, but I’ve also modified Dying Night as well.
