There are "tactical" vehicles in Arma that have mounted guns you can shoot. but no vehicle offers the ability to shoot your primary/secondary equipped gun from within the vehicle. usually, the servers are different because it requires a license to access the game servers. However, there are games (I don't know if it's also dayz) that have servers that do not require a license and can be accessed by people who have a license.To summarize, you can have a total of 2 characters on official servers - one for all 1PP and another one for all 3PP servers - and you will also have a separate char on each community server you join.
