Ds2 souls glitch.

For some reason, Dark Souls 2 seems more confusing than DS3 and Bloodborne together. I'm around SL69 with 29INT, 20 Faith, 4 Attunement Slots and enough STR and DEX to wield the Fire Sword. I'm currently not sure how to progress. I've defeated the Last Giant and the Pursuer in the Giant Forest, as well as the Flexi Sentry in Lost Wharf.
