The stock factory 275-65-20 has roughly 7 inches as a comparison. Assuming similar air pressures and tire construction either 37” tire SHOULD be a little softer riding.

2019 F250 CC 6.7. I think the 17” rim limits the load rating. I run Falken wildpeak 37x12.5x18 and they are E rated and have a load rating of 3970lbs where the 37x12.5x17 is D rated and only 3525lbs. I am thinking about downsizing to a 295/65/20. My OEM tires were 57lbs a piece. Will I notice a large enough difference to justify the downsize.

I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.
