You put on a PACA, some AK or TOZ or simmilar, hat, scav vest and you don't shoot scavs. Lets say that since you look like a SCAV at first glance they wont agro unless you come reall close 10-15 meters close. Even if it was only on account of darknes maybe from 9PM to 7AM. What do you think.

The easiest way is by there clothes but that comes with time, the only other surefire way to tell is if they are wearing an armband it's always a pmc.
