1 year ago. My laptop has been unable to connect to internet for a couple hours now. It shows as being connected to wifi but no internet access. Reconnecting to wifi prompts browser to open to site that says my device is paused, but the device is not showing as paused in the app. My phone is connecting fine so I’m unsure what is causing this. 0.

All are connected to gateway, yet just the one laptop displays a message when opening browser saying "this device is paused" and tells me to goto the app to unpause it. But it IS unpaused and it IS successessfully connected to wifi (with no internet).
