Is 85 questions on nclex good.
Focused literally on the questions in front of me and did not deviate from my gut choices. Treated the exam as if i were just studying another set of practice questions. Ended up finishing this attempt in 85 questions, which was completely NEW to me. I did end up getting a lot of priority questions before It shut off, which I heard was a good sign.
A nurse friend let me borrow her Hurst book and a classmate and I went over an ungodly amount of questions together from my Kaplan book and his Saunders book. The ATI PN predictor gave me a 99% chance of passing NCLEX PN, raw score of 88%. Passed NCLEX first time, cut off at 85 questions. QUESTION. ok so I took my nclex today and I finished around 10:30 this morning, its currently 645 and I still haven't found anything about passing, or any signs. I noticed on the BON website that my NCLEX "task" changed to completed but says "processing" where you would see your license number. My advice is: just rip the bandaid off and take the exam. The exam questions are more vague than anything on UWorld and youâre gonna walk out of there feeling like you failed it. Iâm not 100% sure I passed but from my understanding, the exam cutting off at 85 and getting the good pop up are both good things. I should find out for sure tomorrow.

The lady who was doing our NCLEX review said that theortically you can miss 25 out of 75 questions or 1/3 of the test as long as your above that line. If you studied and prepared for the NCLEX by taking practice exams, chances are you will see similar questions on the test. Near the very end, the questions got easier for me. Keep going, take your breaks during the exam, pace yourself, you got 5 hours. If you get to 150, donât be discouraged, just know youâre still in the game!
