What can cause coolant to blow out overflow hose, mostly during hard pulls, other than head gasket, or crack? Pre EGR Detroit 60 12.7 in 2003 Sterling. Have owned truck for last 500K, previous history unknown. Runs well and uses one gallon of oil in 10K as it has always done. Oil analysis after problem started does not show coolant in oil.

If I have the coolant tank full when cold at the proper operating range, as the truck heats up it will start pushing all the coolant over to the overflow and push it out the pressure cap. Here is the strange part, it never overheats or acts strange with the cooling system.
