Probably at Master Rank. You're probably not gonna see much people until you get there, or join some communities on Discord or something to find people to play with. Edit: I should note that being on MR might still mean you do the whole quest without anyone joining. I've done 2 quests today where people joined right at the end.

Not quite sure I get your comment.You or your friend has to select "any language" when creating a lobby. "Same language" refers to the language you play your game with, which you can set in the main menu.
