Hello, I am using ninja 7. I wondered if anyone can tell me if it's possible to get a live cash market price to run alongside the normal data feed.

The only free way at this point to get more data is by going to open a real live account with interactive brokers. NinjaTrader will supply you with free futures data for 14 days for every account that gets created on their accounts page. This is only for 14 days with no options to extend.
