You can get away with taking a 1 lvl dip without losing much power so most folks go Monk, although I like to go Stigmatised Witch for the Mage Armor spell, +2 AC hex, +1AC familiar, plus fire immunity way later on (doesnt come online till lvl 19).

As mentioned, Blood Kineticist is broken right now, as in not functioning. You can still play a Dhampir Kineticist, but you need to know how Kineticist functions so that you're not mislead. It functions basically like a spellcaster, it channels energy to shoot blasts of energy, or form it into a sword to hit things.
