Jan 2, 2021 · On Thursday, a friend came over with an Autel Maxisys. The only codes found were P3190, P3191 and P0A0F. I have a Carista OBD2 Adapter (their app has major issues). I tried OBD Auto Doctor, which gave me the same codes as the Autel Maxisys. Dr Prius is currently loaded, but I have not purchased it yet.
The throttle body cleaning is the recommended fix for P3191/P3101. Of course a dirty MAF sensor does not help.
