My problem started because I couldn't get the QR code to scan from my phone during install so when I called the rep told me to use a website qifi.org to create my own qr reader from my tablet so the screen was larger.

Unfortunately this doorbell picks up more of the wall then my doorway and sidewalk because of where my doorbell is installed. Hopefully SimpliSafe will come up with a wedge that will adjust their doorbell to the left or right. That being said, someone is selling a wedge that is compatible with SimpliSafe doorbells on eBay for $11.
