In 2018, you have to go through the print dialogue and pick "Microsoft Print to PDF" (or something like that) as the printer. We recently upgraded straight to 2022 and the export to PDF option is in the menu, so it probably depends which version you have, unsure which year it actually changed.

Problem: The problem is that a sheet of detail views printed to Bluebeam PDF prints correctly EXCEPT for a single individual detail on the sheet that prints out with jagged "pixelated" lines, all others print correctly. Print settings are set to Vector of course, and I have tried switching on and off the anti-aliasing setting but ... My linework is turning light gray but elevation lines, text and tags are all still black. When it's in the revit model it shows it's black but when printing it to PDF if changes.
