Summary. Non-science, traditional student at Big 10 university who only had introductory microbio, physics, and psych before taking the MCAT. Studied many, many hours for 6 weeks leading up to the exam. He thought Kaplan was too in depth, but appreciated it, and found skimming material before bed to be more helpful than flashcards.
The MD and Khan Academy both follow Kaplan, so the 300 pg doc would be super close to MD's deck. So I went ham on the 300-page doc and premed95's anki deck and raised my P/S score like 4 points in the last few weeks! Got the same P/S score on my actual MCAT too. literally all i learned from kaplan was the difference between groupthink and group polarization which seemed to be on every single practice test lmao.It's not that much really. The tpr Is a great resource. Definitely anki it, this keeps it fresh and ensures you absolutely commit it to memory. The Khan 300 will serve as a review for tpr concepts already learned and provide other new concepts not covered in tpr. UWorld is just extra application of the content and aamc is mandatory!

I literally only studied using Anki from the Ortho deck and the Miledown deck for this section. I didn't even read the Kaplan book or the Khan academy 300-page document. These decks were fairly comprehensive and you can essentially tackle every single term you need in the matter of a couple of committed days.
Also for Psych/Soc you can either watch all the khan videos or read the khan 100 page doc. Theres a 300 page doc but the 100 page one is sufficient. I disagree. The 100pg (86pg) document is way more condense and tries to fit in as much info on the page as possible. A lot of that section is reading comprehension IMO so your results may vary but the 300 page doc is plenty of content review. Yes, the 300 page doc is made from Khan Academy which is in my opinion the best resource for P/S review we have for AAMC stuff. Third-party books aren't really as on the nose as Khan Academy.
