Kotor 1 either the Tatooine Tusken Raiser mission, or the Manaan Selksth one with Jolees friend at the court case. Kotor 2 I just enjoyed Kreia so much, even though I was not shocked by the twist. Pretty much anything with her, like the enclave. But also taking Nihlus down was amazing. Overall fave was the Revan reveal.
