Billy’s hit-counts are also pretty low for a Quick servant, and he’ll have trouble making an appreciable number of stars. His Arts NP gain is fairly standard for his deck, but he suffers from weak Quicks.The overcharge effect is also nigh-useless against bosses. The best thing about this NP, though, is the party debuff clear. Party debuff clears are actually quite rare, and Shiki’s Arts focus and pretty good NP gain means she can use it fairly regularly. This can be quite helpful for certain challenge quests.In Conclusion: Lalter is a good Buster crit servant with pretty much everything she needs to hit really hard. While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%. Okita has the highest attack and lowest HP of the SSR Alter Egos by a significant margin. She has high attack and low HP even compared to SSR servants as a whole, meaning she’ll hit quite hard with her normal cards.
