I have a mws quad upper with the 13.5" lw barrel. Lmt complete bcg. Currently running the complete Lmt buffer kit with their h3 buffer. It is insanely over gassed when running suppressed. Can is a nomad 30 with E brake installed. Brass is ejecting at 1:30 and I even broke my bolt catch when it locked back on an empty mag. Any remedies?

I just put together an LMT Shovelnose 12" piston barrel upper, matching it with an Aero M4E1 lower (i know, i'll run it like that until i have a need to upgrade a lower). I haven't shot it yet, but while doing research, it seems like the consensus on buffer weight for this config is an H2 for it to run full power 5.56 reliably.
