The other method is to loop the oil hose to circulate the oil thru the tank only. This way stops the oil injection but the motor doesn't know it. You need to plug the old oil line from the pump to motor to prevent a lean condition , I have heated 3/16 rivet shanks with a lighter and run them into the line as far as they will go and dabbed a little silicone on the end after flush cutting the line and shank just to be safe.
