I tried hopping worlds, was unable to. Then had the login issues develop once again with the server not responding. Now my clan mates on discord report someone else is running around using my account in game. My password is complex and I have 2FA on my RS account and email account, which also uses a different password.
If app update or reinstall or phone restart doesnt work then login online on osrs and then click download the game for google play store or ios and that fixes it. Okay so i Literally was just having this problem and i changed my password but via "account settings"... As the post says you must go to account recover via support->account login->forgot password->scroll down to legacy account recovery-> click account recovery and change the password! but this only works for non-jagex upgraded accounts .
