If you're talking about the ability to just non-stop nuke, kinetecist is likely the best choice simply because they never run out and mostly focus on spamming and modifying that one nuke. Fire is base 20d6 (lvl 20 composite blast)+ 6d6 (greater kineticist crown) +2d6 (lesser kineticist rod) = 28d6+43 damage base. I'm guessing such a build would also work decently on unfair, but those higher difficulty levels are really punishing of non-perfect builds. Thanks for the explaination, I went for a 7/18/20/10/9/7 build and decided for Fire as an element, mostly because i Like a fire weapon over a crap ( earth ) one.

As usual, I'm suffering from character restart syndrome (CRS) The Barb's pet is certainly an advantage. Fighters can dish out a ton of damage. Don't really know too much about Kineticist, but they look fun. Any thoughts regarding the viability of those three on a modified Core setting are appreciated. Assume single class.
