I spoke with 8 agents today as well as one in store representative. I was told my payment arrangement was set up and I was guaranteed service until 5/12/2023. Not true. I then made a payment at the store. Not posted. I don't understand what has happened to xfinity.

I set up arrangement on 2nd for 18th. This is the payment date and amount the system told me to do. Said this payment qualifies you for a payment arrangement. Awesome! You can imagine my surprise when in middle of work meeting my services are disconnected. No worries I will reach out to customer service they will understand. No they will not.
