For a week. Did the full cleaning as before, but didn't fix it this time. It will only go so far then gives me the red bar. I have deleted it from the app (in the hopes of just running it manually) but I can't even make the robot itself reset back to factory to see if its just a firmware issues like some have suggested.

When you take delivery of a new Litter-Robot, the first thing to do is takeoff the hood, take out the globe, make sure that everything looks correct inside then reseat the globe. I also do not recommend putting Litter into the globe before the machine has done at least one cycle empty. This is a point in the manual that I disagree with. I purchased my LR3 in November ‘22. Every time I empty the drawer and top up litter or just top up litter, I get dump position fault. The first time this happened I sat there for about an hour leveling the litter to the line but when the sensor was fine there wasn’t but an inch of litter in there.
