Exotic perks tend to not stack with Lucky Pants so don't waste your slot on Hawkmoon or Ace of Spades unless you're going for pure flavor (IIRC Eriana's does stack but its hard to keep up). For your secondary, your HC is mainly for single-target damage so a good ad clear special like a trace rifle or Reservoir Burst Fusion is a good pairing.
