Additionally, the DIRECTV STREAM app has your regular locals but the Roku is looking for different ones because it’s location is wrong. Therefore, no local channels are showing.

Finally got through via chat and they fixed the issue. Apparently they just needed to resynchronize my online account. Working fine now.
