If you have a 6-shot Rough Rider you CANNOT drop in the cylinder. The timing will be off due to the internal design changes.rough rider are hit and miss on quality mine seams to have more misfires than the wrangler but part of that is cheap ammo. the wrangler is made much better and seams to be more reliable. i have both and some days i prefer the rough rider over the wrangler as a range toy due to having the extra 22wmr cylinder.16″ Rough Rider.
