In order for player scavs to be able to spawn in, PMCs have to have died and/or extracted. So I think woods raids are like 40-45 minutes - you're probably looking at ~30 minutes for a PScav on woods if conditions are right. I've probably done 80-100 woods raids. I've co-op extracted twice.
