Though it had been a while since visiting a Lenscrafters, I have had corrective lenses all of my life, and would hope that I would be given the benefit of the doubt (at least by the time my -8.00 and -8.50 prescription was noticed) that I was not incompetent about this process, but Betsy's attitude made me feel as if this was her perception. Hands down the worst eye doctor's office I have ever been to. The wait to be seen was ridiculously long. I spent a total of 2 hours at the office and majority of the time was spent waiting. The doctor had seen me and had me put the trial lenses on and was no where to be found for 30 minutes.
