I strive to get the game as close to sim as possible while still providing the challenge I want in a franchise.

Same things happen with the defense. I've set CPU defense sliders all to 0 and in some games the score goes to an absurd 117-0 while in others they play like it's on All-Madden with 70+ sliders. CPU vs CPU Franchise I would say most only get through 3-10 seasons at best, before the next Madden comes out. Most probably won't continue their Franchise on the old version, I may start doing that but haven't. Slider testing is getting shorter, I will say that from my experience since Madden 2019 came back to the PC or I'm just getting better.
