I suspect each of them only drops with specific criteria, but what that is I am not sure. I mostly do strongholds in hard/challenging. The Hunters build ideally requires two exotics, the memento backpack and the scorpio shotgun. Until you get those, you can run any backpack with the talent adrenaline rush and any smg or shotgun combination as a weapon. The build is 4pc HF (mask, holster, gloves and knees) withe 2 of them having crit chance and 2 having crit damage.
