Bartender4 - this addon is a godsend to remove the default UI bars and artform. It allows you to clean up the screen immensely and give yourself more room for other stuff you might like. Shadow unit frames - I use this unitframe as it is easy to configure and minimal in extra crap. again this is to clean up the UI and leave you more room to see ... Very good customization, buff/de-buff monitoring, mouse-over casts, spell rank specifics and loads more. You can even set separate bars for targets, tanks, healers, pets so that they stand out from the grid.
