I believe the Windows 10 version needs the UWP compatible firmware to be installed first so if your product is out of date, the ASTRO Command Center from the Microsoft Store may not see it. It’s still not recognizing the mix amp on the download from the website. The mixamp is on and clearly plugged in. Now suddenly it won't be recognized by Windows 10. I just updated the command center a couple minutes ago from creating this post. And I tried plugging it in into different USB ports on my PC. Doesn't seem to work. The only thing that seems to work is that changing it from PC mode to Console Mode makes it recognized in Windows 10. Why is Astro Command Center not detecting A40? 1.
