For PvE it's really preference, but i wouldn't use health drain or -durability. Best places to farm gems are fetid/cursed depth 5 dungeons, primarily Phtumeru Ithyl root and Lower Loran root. There's a +21.6% bloodtinge droplet sitting on the floor right next to the stairs going from the iron door to mother brain.
