It depends on what kind of damage/weapons you're trying to focus on. I play on ps4, so i use the vanilla game without any mods and my shock build was always viable (well i wasn‘t able to get all the 10 op lvls, but i could always play normally thru all the modes).

Anarchy builds benefit from Discord. It gives you Control. You have buffed DeathTrap in some ways, but missed out on Upshot Robot, and missed Robot Rampage that gives extra melee abilities, while buffing melee damage elsewhere.
