However, you spread that bonus out over the entire game, 4 promotions, and the opportunity cost of not taking any other society/governor - well suddenly that 20% faith into science and culture doesn't look ... I know that Voidsingers & Owls are by far the best societies, and in most cases any civ should choose them, but I've tried to distribute it a little more evenly.
