Yes you can still find good lobbies on team deathmatch but there are a lot of cheaters because of jailbroken ps3s and the theatre mode glitch. If you get a good lobby with no cheaters stay in because the game does not make you find new players unless people leave. Otherwise, everything else is pretty fine. Yes its still playable. For me i hardly find hacked lobbies myself. I do see modded psn names and levels (the green box one) but nobody at least for me has just went all out hacking. As for 12-15th prestige u may see those are litterally just from a theater vid mod menu that gave you up to whatever prestige u desired.
