Most people prefer the newer Ag Green over the Classic as the newer paint is brighter and deeper. The Classic is a marketing ploy that is supposed to give a patina effect to old tractors. I ends up being slightly duller than the newer green. JD Paint is a synthetic enamel, and most modern stuff is at least acrylic enamel and best stuff is urethane. A synthetic hardener is what you need.
