I've got 3 cousins my age and we're all kpop stans. It truly disgusts me to say that 2 of those 3 cousins hate Wonyoung bc they think she's a pick-me. Jisoo's voice in her most comfortable range (lower mid) is already underdeveloped, I am not surprised that she is unable to produce a head voice or mix higher in her upper mid range. She is the most popular member in most countries especially internationally. The more popular you are the more hate you will get. But even then, You are looking on sub Reddit’s that are negative in nature (unpopular opinions and kpop rants). Recently, Le Sserafim's Sakura had Hong Seok-cheon as one of her guests on her very popular variety show and she was nothing but supportive and understanding of his struggles as an openly gay man in SK.

Disagree big time. Anyone can be super toxic and just because someone is a k-pop fan doesn't mean they can't as toxic as let's say someone who hates k-pop with passion. There’s also things like fans not knowing the difference between interpolation and sampling or speaking on flow when it comes to rap when they’ve never listened to the genre outside of Kpop. I feel like if you’re going to get technical and in depth with your critiques you should actually at least have knowledge on them if you don’t have experience.
