However I solved the problem by resetting my digital phone module and unplugging all cables and power connections from the router and phone module and then reconnecting them.

When I initially signed up, unless I positioned the gateway in a certain spot, it was 4G LTE only from +1 mile away (different towers on each side), and strong LTE from ~1200’ away. Now that the tower has been upgraded, its typically n41 on 5G, and at times n71.
