Assigning certain RBs to certain formations that best suit their skill sets seem like the best way to do it until they get auto-subs fixed. Anything above 85 and the starter wont return. As I understand it, the Auto Sub # is the % of energy they have remaining. So if you set it to Auto Sub Out at 75%, he'll come out at 75% energy and start resting.
