EA support are unable to remove a security key from an account. swtor support are a different support line and can only remove a key by phone call if you are unable to remove the key yourself in the web browser as seen below by leaving the key blank. ( note the password needs to be known)Then either check the cd-key in your account settings on the website to activate the app on your new phone or remove the old security key and add a new one. You can try using google authentication as well as TOTP. Ensure that the time on the phone is synched/correct. Just to be certain once you get the one time email you are getting the serial key from www.swtor.com and entering that into the app and then entering the key generated on the app back onto www.swtor.com.
