I read somewhere that the 30 Gen4 had the sf frame. If that's correct then that would make the 30 Gen4 exactly the same pistol as the 30sf. The 30S is a gen 3 that has a slim slide and the “shortened” frame. Technically it’s a slimmer frame because I believe the width of the grip is marginally smaller horizontally if I’m not mistaken. The 30 gen 4 has the regular thick slide with the SF frame. I know, kinda confusing.
